We are sure you love your Poorvi home and would like your friends and family to have similar homes. To make sure that they too enjoy the Poorvi experience, all you have to do is refer them to us by filling in the form. It's that simple.
For every successful referral, existing customers can earn up to 1% of the apartment value of the property booked by their friends or family members. Your friend also receives an added benefit of up to 0.5% of the apartment cost, when he purchases a home with Poorvi Properties.

Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility is limited to existing customers (booking/possession/handover) of “Poorvi Housing”, who have purchased a unit (villa/apartment/plot) or any units in any of our projects across India.
- The scheme is only applicable when referring another person(s) who purchased a residential/commercial unit from “Poorvi Housing”.
- The sale of the residential/commercial unit to the new client should be a non-discounted sale for the scheme to be applicable and no channel partners should be involved.
- The prospective client can be referred to “Poorvi Housing”through a personal meeting or through an email and then confirmed in writing by both the existing customer and by the prospective client. Thereafter an acknowledgement of “Poorvi Housing” should be obtained which needs to be produced while claiming referral fee.
- Once a referral fee is received, we will intimate the referral about you and seek an acknowledgement.
- The referral scheme will not be applicable in case the prospective customer, as per records of “Poorvi Housing”, has already approached “Poorvi Housing” in the past 120 days enquiring about the project.
- The referral fee as detailed in the 'benefits' is inclusive of service tax or any other taxes (subject to TDS at applicable rate) of the basic sales price & the same is subject to change without or prior information.
- Referral fees will be paid either through an A/C payee cheque or at any other financial instrument at the discretion of “Poorvi Housing” only once the referral has registered the agreement of sale. The same will be paid within 30 days of registration of agreement of sale.
- The referred customer while booking the unit with “Poorvi Housing” has to mention the referee’s name at the time of expression of interest through the booking form.
- “Poorvi Housing” reserves the right to amend/alter/modify/withdraw the scheme at any time during its validity without any prior intimation.
- In case of any dispute, decision of “Poorvi Housing” shall be final and binding on all parties.
